FAQ
Common questions.
What is a company capability profile?+
It's a record of your services, NAICS codes, certifications, and team that the platform uses to score how well each opportunity fits you. Self-service profile editing is currently in development; during onboarding our team configures it with you.
How do the AI evaluations work?+
For each solicitation, the AI produces a summary, a fit score, strengths, gaps, and a Go/No-Go recommendation. These are decision aids — your team makes the final bid decision, and results never guarantee an award.
What counts toward my monthly AI evaluations?+
Each AI RFP evaluation you run counts once toward your plan's monthly allowance (150, 750, or 2,000 depending on plan). Browsing and searching opportunities does not.
What does the one-time setup fee cover?+
The setup fee covers configuring your account and capability profile and onboarding your team. It is charged once, separately from the monthly subscription.
Where do the government opportunities come from?+
Federal opportunities come from SAM.gov. Additional sources may be added over time; we'll list them here as they go live.
How do I get access?+
Request a demo and our team will walk you through the platform and set up your account. Online self-service sign-up and checkout are not yet open.
