What's the difference between the setup fee and the subscription?+
The setup fee is a one-time charge for configuring your account, capability profile, and onboarding. The subscription is billed monthly for ongoing access to the platform.
What happens if I use all my AI evaluations?+
Each plan includes a fixed monthly allowance (150, 750, or 2,000). Usage resets each month. If you regularly need more, you can move to a higher plan.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Contact us to move between plans as your team and pipeline grow.
Does the platform guarantee contract awards?+
No. HoldThat RFP Intelligence helps you find and evaluate opportunities and organize your bids. Award decisions are made by the issuing agencies.
